Help us help you
- Licence or activation: include your licence key and this Mac’s code from Settings → License.
- A problem with dictation: tell us your Mac model, your macOS version, and the app you were typing into.
- Clinics and hospitals: tell us how many doctors and Macs, and whether you need an invoice.
Please do not send patient information, recordings or report text by email. Describe the problem in general terms instead.
